In PinvoiceR it is possible to SMS/TXT Pay messages (and other ad-hoc) messages to your employees. The concept about SMS/TXT Pays is that when you have Process Batch and Send Payslips you send a message to each employee being paid in that batch a message saying that their pay has been processed and the net amount that has been paid.
