In PinvoiceR it is possible to SMS/TXT Pay messages (and other ad-hoc) messages to your employees.
The concept of the SMS/TXT Pays function is that when you completed Process Batch and Send Payslips you send a message to each employee being paid in that batch a message saying that their pay has been processed and the net amount that has been paid.
Set up of SMS/TXT Pay Message Function
You will need to have this function specifically configured for your organisation - to do this we will need the following;
- MessageMedia account details (the sms provider)
- Pay message format - eg "Hi XXFIRST_NAMEXX - your pay has been processed and XXNET_PAYXX has been transferred to your account - Cheers DEMO AGENCY"

To send SMS/TXT Pays
Click on Payroll and then the SMS/TXT Pays link. Select the relevant pay period and click the Send button.
