Client Records are initially captured in your front end Recruitment/CRM system and exported to PinvoiceR on an as needs basis. Use the export to PinvoiceR function in your Recruitment/CRM system to add/edit the client billing records in PinvoiceR.

Alternatively you can add a client manually in PinvoiceR - Clients> Add Client

Once a client has been created (either by an export from the front end system or by adding it manually) you then need to ensure that the client location is set up correctly.
