Run a report showing the outstanding invoices and their age by client.
Note - using the Aged Trial Balance in PinvoiceR is only an option if you are recording receipting in PinvoiceR - if you are not doing this then the information will not be accurate.
How to use
From the main menu click on the Reports and then the Sales links and then select the Aged Trial Balance link.
Her you are have the following options;
- Enter the date that you wish to age For
- Select Invoice Date if you wish to age from the invoice date, or
- Select Due Date if you wish to age from the invoice due date
Send Statements
If you are receipting in PinvoiceR you may wish to send Statements of account to your customers.
To do this, run the Aged Trial Balance report and then select the clients that you wish to email statements to (ie use the check boxes on the left hand side of the ATB) and then click on the Send Statements button.
